An experienced leader in cybersecurity and operations, Felker served as Assistant Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Director, National Cybersecurity and Communications Integrations Center, both elements of the Department of Homeland Security. Before that he was the Director of Cyber and Intelligence Strategy at HP Enterprise Services and served almost 30 years as a U.S. Coast Guard officer in leadership positions conducting afloat, intelligence and cyber operations.

Felker works with senior leaders to see and understand the big cybersecurity picture, the risk, and the business impact of cyber threats. He brings wide-ranging leadership, organizational and business experiences that can help you prepare for the worst, help you understand and address the issues, and ultimately, succeed.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Triple ID TripleID — Trust by Design for the Agentic Economy, a global leader in hardware-protected AI identity and data trust verification for AI security, safety, and accountability.  He is the Executive Director for Cybersecurity, Seebald & Associates International and serves as Senior Advisor to the Chertoff Group and Senior Advisor to the Maritime Transportation System ISAC.
